About T-Mobile Arena
T-Mobile Arena, a premier multipurpose entertainment venue located on a 16-acre site in Las Vegas, officially broke ground on May 1, 2014, and opened to the public on April 6, 2016.
Owned by AEG and MGM Resorts International and operated by MGM Resorts, the arena was designed by Populous and managed by ICON Venue Group, with construction led by the Hunt-Penta Joint Venture.
The $375 million facility spans 650,000 square feet and was designed to achieve LEED Gold Certification for sustainability. Hosting between 100 and 150 events annually, the arena accommodates a wide range of activities, including NBA and NHL games, concerts, boxing, mixed martial arts, and award shows. Seating capacities vary by event, ranging from 12,000–18,000 for end-stage concerts to 20,000 for boxing and center-stage performances.
T-Mobile Arena offers world-class amenities, including 44 luxury suites, 2 party suites, 8 event-level suites, and more than two dozen private loge boxes. It features two dedicated VIP entrances, premium balconies with views of the Las Vegas Strip, and the two-acre Toshiba Plaza for outdoor events. Designed for both comfort and accessibility, the venue provides extensive food and beverage options, ADA access on every level, UMC lactation suites, and top-tier backstage facilities. Its 75,000-square-foot loading dock area supports major productions, and for safety, attendees under 16 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older.
