Harry Reid International Airport is located less than two miles from T-Mobile Arena. The address is 5757 Wayne Newton Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89119.  Get directions and details.

For safety, and as a courtesy to other guests, aisles must be kept clear at all times. Please follow the directions of the usher in your section to your assigned ticketed seat and refrain from standing in the aisles. Dancing, lingering, etc. in the aisles will not be allowed for the safety of all guests.

Beverages and/or food of any kind may not be brought into T-Mobile Arena. Alcoholic beverages are available at concession stands, beverage carts, and clubs throughout T-Mobile Arena. A valid government-issued photo ID is required to purchase alcohol.

As a founding partner with T-Mobile Arena, guests with tickets in designated seating locations will have access to the Bud Light Lounge/Desert By Night located on the west side of the Main Concourse, the Goose Island Lounge located behind the Loge seats and the Stella Artois Loft in the Tower Club.

Only service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are permitted at T-Mobile Arena. Service animals must remain on a leash at all times unless performing a necessary task for their disabled handlers.

Assistive Listening Devices are available at no charge at our main Guest Service Center on the Main Concourse by Section 13. T-Mobile Arena has been equipped with the most advanced assistive listening system (ALS). A driver’s license, credit card, or some form of identification will be required as a deposit.

Accessible ATM's are located at five locations at T-Mobile Arena. Three inside the building (two are located on the Main Concourse by Section 13 near the Main Guest Service Center and in Section 7 near Ghost Lounge). There is one located on the Upper Concourse, near Section 216 and "The 1997" by Tito's. Two additional ATMs are located on the exterior of the venue next to our Box Office.

The locations of restrooms that have baby changing tables are:

• Men’s and women’s restrooms on the west side of the Main Concourse (by the First Aid Room)
• Men’s and women’s restrooms on the north side of the Suite Level (by the Goose Island Lounge)
• Men’s and women’s restrooms on the north (by "The 1997" by Tito's) side of the Upper Concourse
• Men’s and women’s restrooms on the east side of the Upper Concourse (by section 204)

Additionally, all Family Restrooms are also equipped.

Baby bags, plastic bottles, and formula are permitted into the building. Should the bag become an obstruction due to its size, guests may be asked to check the bag in to the Guest Service Center on the Main Concourse.

Guests who are seeking access backstage and/or to the event level may do so only with the proper credentials. Guests who are found to be in these locations without proper credentials will be subject to ejection and/or arrest.

Located on Toshiba Plaza adjacent to Allegiant Stage. Pricing starts at $20 per checked bag (non-refundable) and payment is cashless. Debit/credit and mobile payment, such as Apple or Google Pay, are acceptable forms of payment. T-Mobile Arena has a “No Re-Entry” policy for all events and bags will not be accessible during the event. Bag check opens the same time as arena doors for each event and closes 45 minutes post-event. Bags remaining after bag check closes will be returned to Lost & Found. Guests inquiring about Lost & Found items post-event should inquire about picking up items that were turned in by filling out this form. T-Mobile Arena assumes no responsibility for lost items at any event. 

Form: Lost and Foun

No bags or backpacks will be permitted into the venue except for small personal bags (measuring 9″ x 5″x 2″ max). Bags do not need to be transparent. Fanny packs/crossbody bags/clear stadium bags are permitted as long as they are within our size requirements (measuring 9″ x 5″x 2″ max). Straps on the bag are not part of the measurements and are admissible. Artist tours, promoters, and/or the building reserves the right to change this policy as needed.

The T-Mobile Arena Box Office is located on the East side of the arena facing Toshiba Plaza. 

• Ticket Will Call: Will Call tickets will be available for pick-up at the Box Office during regular business hours and at showtime on the day of the event. Tickets may only be picked up by the account holder whose name is on the account. A current, valid government-issued ID and the credit card used to purchase tickets are required for pick-up.

• The 1997 sponsored by Tito's is located on the Upper Concourse and is accessible to all guests.
• Hyde East Loft is located on the east side of the Tower Club and is accessible to Bunker Suite guests and by Invitation only.  The Invitation comes in the form of a Hyde Lounge ticket or specialized wristband.  Guests can access this area via the West VIP/Suite Elevators. 
• Bud Light Lounge is located on the west side of the Main Concourse. This premium area is accessible to the following premium guests: Event Level Club, Club, Suite Level, Bunker Suite, Terrace Table, Loge and Opera Box.
• Louis XIII Lounge is located on the west side of the Event Level and is accessible to the following guests: Event Level Club and Bunker Suite.
• Goose Island Lounge is located on the north side of the Suite Level behind the Loge Seats and is accessible to the following guests: Suite Level, Bunker Suite, Terrace Table, Loge and Opera Box.  
• Ghost Lounge is located on the east side of the Main Concourse. This premium area is accessible to the following premium guests: Event Level Club, Club, Suite Level, Bunker Suite, Terrace Table, Loge and Opera Box.
• East Event Level Lounge is located on the east side of the Event Level and is accessible to the following guests: Event Level Club and Bunker Suite.
• Stella Artois Loft is located on the west side of the Tower Club Level and accessible to Bunker Suite guests and by Invitation only. The Invitation comes in the form of a Hyde Lounge ticket or specialized wristband.  Guests can access this area via the West VIP/Suite Elevators.  

The Bud Light Lounge, also known as Desert by Night, is located on the west side of the Main Concourse and accessible by Club Seat holders and all Suite Holders. Dates and times for access to the lounge are subject to availability and may vary based on the event happening at the arena. 

Video recording devices, audio recording devices, GoPro cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted inside T-Mobile Arena at any time. Video recording on any device and/or flash photography is prohibited at all times. This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion.

For most non-VGK events, children 36 months of age and under will not require a ticket for entry into T-Mobile Arena, however, they must occupy the seating area or lap of one (1) ticketed adult. 

VGK games, children 24 months of age and under will not require a ticket for entry into T-Mobile Arena, however, they must occupy the seating area or lap of one (1) ticketed adult. 

Please note, some events (family shows or those intended for children) will have a different child admissions policy and may require children under 24 months of age to have a ticket for entry.

City National Bank is a founding partner at T-Mobile Arena. They have provided five ATM’s for use during events.

Two are located on the Main Concourse. One, next to Guest Services at Section 13 and a second at Section 7 across from the escalator.  On the Upper Concourse, on the fourth floor of the arena, an ATM is located at Section 216 across from the "The 1997" by Tito's. Finally, prior to entering T-Mobile Arena, two ATMs are located outside between the main doors and the Box Office.

Club Seat Memberships provide pre-sale access to a limited number of in-bowl seats positioned in the two center sections of the arena. Additionally, club seating will connect to two upscale private lounges – GHOST Lounge and Bud Light Lounge – which offer gourmet cuisine and signature cocktails within a chic atmosphere.

T-Mobile Arena does not provide an area to check coats or personal belongings. Nor are we responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged.

The VIP Cube is a 2-story outdoor bar that offers cocktails and one of the best views of the plaza for any pre-game/event celebrations. The VIP Cube is just outside the doors of T-Mobile Arena, in Toshiba Plaza.

T-Mobile Arena is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable entertainment experience. Guests have a right to expect an environment where:

• Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all venue personnel.
• Guests will enjoy every event free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
• Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
• Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats or suites and show their tickets when requested.
• Guests who engage in fighting, throwing objects or attempting to enter the court/stage will be immediately ejected from the venue.
• Guests are not permitted to smoke in the venue. T-Mobile Arena is a non-smoking venue and property. Additionally, the immediate area around the arena is also non-smoking.
• Guests will not display any obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing.
• Guests will comply with requests from venue staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures.
• Guests will also be responsible for their own good time by reporting inappropriate behavior.
• Guests will be required to wear a shirt and shoes at all times for their own safety.  T-Mobile Arena management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items or signs displaying offensive text and/or images.
• Guests will be able to communicate instantly, discreetly and directly with T-Mobile Arena's Security Command Center if assistance is needed in dealing with an unruly fan, a cleanup in their section or any issues and concerns that a guest may feel the need to report. The In Stadium Solutions (24/7) text system number is present throughout the venue for fans to access.

The Arena staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard, guest services staff member or anonymously through our texting system. 

Guests who do not adhere to the above code of conduct will be subject to ejection without refund, and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.  Season ticket holders are also subject to having their season subscription revoked.

Feel like a VIP when you arrive at T-Mobile Arena and purchase expedited entry. The Dash Pass gives you access to an exclusive entrance line so you won't have to wait to start your experience. Dash Pass expedited entry is located at the West Suite Entrance of the arena, off of Park Avenue. 

Please note: Guests must purchase a show ticket to purchase a T-Mobile Arena Dash Pass. One (1) T-Mobile Arena Dash Pass allows one (1) guest expedited entry ONLY. Each guest in the party will need to purchase a T-Mobile Arena Dash Pass to access the dedicated entrance line.

Guests using offensive language or engaging in disorderly conduct may be ejected from the facility and may be subject to arrest. Ejected guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss. 

The following are what guests can expect when visiting T-Mobile Arena:

• Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all venue personnel
• Guests will enjoy every event free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures
• Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner
• Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats or suites and show their tickets when requested

The following behavior may result in a guests removal from the arena:

• Guests who enter the playing area or stage will be immediately ejected from the venue
• Guests who smoke in the venue. T-Mobile Arena is a non-smoking facility
• Guests who use any obscene or indecent messages on signs or clothing
• Guests who do not comply with requests from venue staff regarding facility operations and emergency response procedures
• Guests who stand on chairs, railings or put other guests on their backs or shoulders
• Guests who are fighting or challenge others to a fight
• Guests who “moon” or show other private body parts will be escorted out of the venue
• Guests who violate any of T-Mobile Arena’s policies and procedures
• Guests who violate any local, state or federal laws or statutes
• Guests who ignite any display of flames, i.e. lighters, matches
• Guests who attempt to enter any backstage areas without permission
• Guests who throw, discharge, or launch any object or liquid substance
• Guests who willfully and maliciously disturb another guest/employee with loud and unreasonable noise
• Guests who use profanity and/or offensive words, which are likely to provoke a violent reaction from others
• Guests who taunt or use offensive language against any players, referees, or performers
• The Arena staff has been trained to intervene where necessary to help ensure that the above expectations are met, and guests are encouraged to report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard, guest services staff member or anonymously through our texting system

Guests who choose not to adhere to the above code of conduct will be subject to ejection without refund, and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.

Door opening times for T-Mobile Arena events will vary by event. Generally, doors for concerts will open 60 minutes prior to an event. 

All guests in attendance are required to wear a shirt, shoes at all times for their own safety. T-Mobile Arena management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images.

For the safety of our guests and visitors, the operation of drones, unmanned aircraft and remote-controlled aircraft at T-Mobile Arena or Toshiba Plaza is strictly prohibited without the advance written consent of management. Violators may be subject to civil and criminal penalties.

• ADA guests drop off is at East Suite Entrance. Guests must enter from Tropicana through the New York-New York parking garage. Pick up is available along New York-New York at the entrance to Toshiba Plaza. 
• Buses and Shuttles must pre-arrange their pick up and drop off locations with T-Mobile Arena management before events. 
• Partner Limousines and Black Car can drop off under the porte-cocheres on both the east and west side of the arena.
• Taxis and Rideshare Services can drop off at East Suite Entrance. Pick up after events is located at New York-New York or Park MGM. 

The East Event Level Lounge is a premium, members-only area, located underneath the seating bowl.

The use of electronic cigarettes (e-cigs) is not permitted in the arena at any time.

T-Mobile Arena continually works with the Las Vegas Fire Department, the Las Vegas Police Department, and other agencies in the development of specific Emergency Procedures Plans for each event. T-Mobile Arena's goal is to provide a safe and enjoyable atmosphere by using installed automated security systems and appropriate security operating plans. Trained Guest Services and Security personnel will ensure the security and safety of all guests, performers, employees and occupants of T-Mobile Arena. In the case of an emergency, guests must comply with directives from venue staff regarding arena operations and emergency response procedures.

T-Mobile Arena will post open positions on our website.

T-Mobile Arena’s Main Entrance is located on the northeast side of the building facing Toshiba Plaza, across from Park MGM and behind New York-New York Hotel Casino.

T-Mobile Fast Pass Entrance is located at the Main Entrance at the first door to the right side opposite the Box Office.

Access to the Suite Level can be found via the bridge on the fourth level of the New York-New York Hotel Casino parking garage. Additionally, Suite Holders can also utilize the Suite Lobbies on both the East and West sides of the arena. Guests will need a Premium Level ticket to access these entrances.

Our VIP entrances can be found on both the East and West sides of the arena. Club and Event Membership ticket holders may utilize these entrances.

The Event Level Club is located underneath the arena bowl. This members-only premium space offers an upscale hideaway with access to exclusive VIP amenities. An Event Level Club Membership provides guests with priority access to purchase premium lower-level seats to all events before the general public. Guests will enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres, premium libations and a chic atmosphere as well as an exclusive walkway to their seats.

Also hidden away beneath the lower bowl are eight destination suites – four on each side of the arena – to entertain guests within an ultra-elite environment. Built adjacent to the athletes’ entrance to the event floor, these 700-square-foot bunker suites are fully furnished with a premium TV with in-house and satellite programming as well as a private bar and restroom. Owners of Event Level Suites will be given 16 premium lower-level seats to all public arena events, as well as eight additional passes for guests to enjoy the suite experience.

T-Mobile Arena has three family restrooms located on the Main Concourse. They are located close to the First Aid Room by Section 3, next to the Main Guest Service Center by Section 13, and across from Section 19. Additionally, there are two family restrooms located on the Upper Concourse, one by Section 209 on the east side and one by Section 219 on the west side.  Family Restrooms are equipped with baby changing tables.

Trained Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) are available to assist any guest in need at every T-Mobile Arena event. The primary First Aid is located on the Main Concourse behind Section 2 while a secondary location is on the Upper Concourse near Section 202. Additionally, the EMT’s are mobile and can come to any location in the arena.

In addition, T-Mobile Arena is equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators (AED). Designated employees, including our EMT staff, have been properly trained and certified to use the AED. In the event of a medical emergency, contact a member of our Guest Services or Security staff for assistance. These devices are located at both of the First Aid locations.

The distribution of promotional items, flyers, or printed materials is not permitted without written permission of T-Mobile Arena and/or its tenants. The sampling and distribution of products is prohibited inside and outside of the building.

The General Admission area, located on the floor of the arena, is standing room only as there are no seats. Guests wishing to arrive early are encouraged to line-up no earlier than 4 p.m. Doors will open at the same time for all guests. After entering the building, all guests with GA Floor tickets will receive a wristband to access the floor and will be directed to select aisles that have access to the floor.

The Ghost Lounge is available to patrons with tickets in designated seating locations. Dates and times for access to the lounge are subject to availability and may vary based on the event happening at the arena.

T-Mobile arena has two Guest Services Centers. The Main Guest Services Center is located on the Main Concourse behind section 13. Our second Guest Service Center is on the Upper Concourse by section 216.

These Guest Services Centers are intended to assist our guests in regards to event information, questions, concerns, or issues during T-Mobile Arena events. In addition, the Guest Services Centers serve to assist guests with disabilities with any inquiries or accessibility information for each event. Hyde Lounge at T-Mobile Arena is located in the center of the Tower Club on the 5^th floor and is open to all guests, with the exception of private events. This area offers a unique nightclub atmosphere boasting 18,000 square feet of exclusive space perched more than 100 feet above the arena floor. Guests can access this area via the West VIP/Suite Elevators and welcome to guests aged 21 and above.   

Hyde East Loft is located inside Hyde Lounge on the 5^th floor and is open to all guests, with the exception of private events. Welcome to guests aged 21 and above.

T-Mobile Arena reserves the right to deny entry to visibly impaired guests. Any impaired guest causing a disturbance during an event will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.

At this time, Kosher Food selections are not available inside of T-Mobile Arena.

There are seven different levels of T-Mobile Arena.

Binbox Lockers are located on Toshiba Plaza adjacent to Allegiant Stage. Pricing starts at $20 per checked bag which is non-refundable. Debit/credit and mobile payment, such as Apple or Google Pay, are acceptable forms of payment. No cash will be accepted. T-Mobile Arena has a “No Re-Entry” policy for all events and bags will not be accessible during the event. Bag check opens the same time as arena doors for each event and closes 45 minutes post-event. Bags remaining after bag check closes will be returned to Lost & Found. Guests inquiring about Lost & Found items post-event should inquire about picking up items that were turned in by filling out this form. T-Mobile Arena assumes no responsibility for lost items at any event. 

For guests looking for a private experience, look no further than the arena loge boxes. These deluxe seats will range in size to comfortably fit four-to-six guests and will be perfectly situated in one end of the lower level at the opposite end of the stage for viewing concerts. Loge Box owners will receive tickets to all public events at T-Mobile Arena while enjoying in-seating perks such as drink service, individual TV displays for every two seats at the table, and access to a private VIP lounge.

Lost children/guests should be directed to any one of our Guest Services Centers, located on the Main Concourse and the Upper Concourse. Parents looking for a lost child should contact the nearest Usher or Security Officer. For safety reasons T-Mobile Arena is unable to make in-arena announcements for lost children or guests.

• Height/weight/build
• Description of clothes including shoes
• Any distinguished characteristics

All Lost & Found items are to be turned into the Main Guest Service Center on the Main Concourse as soon as possible. Any guest looking for a Lost & Found item during the event should be directed to that location.

T-Mobile Arena assumes no responsibility for lost items at any event.

For lost tickets, guests must contact their point of purchase. For stolen tickets, guests should contact local law enforcement first, then their point of purchase.​ 

The Louis XIII Lounge is a premium, members-only location located under the seating bowl. 

Positioned around the arena to offer prime views of the event floor, these 310-square-foot suites offer a home-style experience within the arena including swank amenities such as sofa-style seating, a private bar with a large screen TV, as well as a personal refrigerator and ice machine. Owners of these luxurious spaces receive 12 tickets to all public events at T-Mobile Arena with the opportunity to purchase four additional tickets for bar stool seating within the suite. All luxury suite owners and their guests make their way into the arena via exclusive VIP entrances and also have access to multiple VIP lounges and clubs.

For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, masks not intended for health and saftey purposes may not be worn while in attendance of any T-Mobile Arena events.

Management reserves the right to prohibit or remove a sign or banner at any time. 

Las Vegas has public transportation and guests can check with the RTCSNV (Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada) at their website is www.rtcsnv.com for the most up to date information.

Small handheld radios that are no larger than 6" x 6", and do not distract other guests, are permitted inside T-Mobile Arena. The use of headphones is required. However, 2-way radios will not be permitted.

T-Mobile Arena has a “No Re-Entry” policy for all events.

Guests may not bring audio or video recording devices into T-Mobile Arena. These devices include, but are not limited to, video cameras/camcorders and audio recording devices. Any equipment not conforming to these rules must be removed from the premises or left with the Guest Services Center on the Main Concourse during the event.

Both regular Restrooms and Family Restrooms can be found on every level of the arena. All restrooms in the venue are ADA Accessible.

Seats at T-Mobile Arena vary in size. Seats will be between approximately 18” to 22” in width.

For safety purposes, all guests entering T-Mobile Arena will be searched and have their belongings scanned. T-Mobile Arena reserves the right to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the event or other guests, or which are in breach of building policies and/or prohibited items. Any guest who declines to be searched may be denied entry or ejected from T-Mobile Arena.

The If You See Something, Say Something™ campaign is a simple and effective program to engage the public and key frontline employees in identifying and reporting indicators of terrorism, crime and other threats to the proper transportation and law enforcement authorities.

T-Mobile Arena has partnered with nonprofit organization KultureCity to introduce two sensory pods. Designed by medical professionals, the rooms provide a dedicated space for those who may need a quieter and more secure environment. The sensory pods are outfitted with Yogibo bean bags, visual light panels by Nanoleaf, activity panels and bubble walls.

The sensory pods are located on the main concourse near section 13 and upper concourse near section 216. Sensory Pods will be open for all events taking place at T-Mobile Arena.

Smoking is not permitted in the arena at any time. The immediate area around T-Mobile Arena is a non-smoking campus. Additionally, electronic smoking devices are not permitted to be used inside the building.

Guests are allowed to stand during an event, provided that they are only occupying the area in front of their ticketed seat. Standing in aisles, and on chairs is strictly prohibited.

Some events will permit the sale of Standing Room Only tickets. These tickets include but are not limited to General Admission Floor and Allegiant Flight Deck tickets. These tickets do not include a seat; therefore, guests will be required to stand in the vicinity allowed depending on the ticket purchased.

Stella Artois Loft is located inside Hyde Lounge on the 5^th floor and is open to all guests, with the exception of private events. Welcome to guests aged 21 and above.

Guests are not encouraged to bring strollers into the arena. Strollers are not permitted in the seating sections due to potential safety hazards, however; strollers may be checked into our Main Guest Services Center, located on the Main Concourse by Section 13 or at our Guest Services Center, located on the Upper Concourse by Section 216. Strollers are allowed in suites.

The temperature inside T-Mobile Arena during most events is approximately 75 degrees. During ice events, the temperature is approximately 65 degrees and may depend on your proximity to the ice surface. We strongly suggest wearing appropriate layers and/or bringing a jacket for ice events.

Terrace Tables provide patrons an assigned table elevated above the lower bowl for unique views of the action. Up to four ticketed guests can enjoy all the perks of going to a bar, while actually being at the event, including in-seat drink service, TV displays and an option for personalized catering from a nearby VIP lounge.

The Park is the public area located south of the New York-New York Hotel Casino on the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Park Avenue. 

The Park is an immersive, outdoor destination for dining and entertainment. An eclectic blend of restaurants, bars and entertainment make this the pulse that combines New York-New York, Park MGM and T-Mobile Arena into one community. All of the venues are outfitted with outdoor patio seating to make everyone feel like they are part of the action. The art and horticulture programs for The Park are inspired by the desert landscape, which creates a vibrant and unique ambiance that is unlike anything else on The Strip.

T-Mobile Arena’s Box Office does not manage tickets for guests who purchased through a third party vendor.

To avoid disputes with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets, guests should make all ticketing purchases through authorized outlets only. Authorized outlets include www.t-mobilearena.com, T-Mobile Arena Box Office, www.axs.com, AXS Charge by Phone, and MGM Resorts International Ticket Offices or Concierge Locations. T-Mobile Arena will not be responsible for validating tickets that were not purchased through an authorized outlet.

Toshiba Plaza is the area just outside T-Mobile Arena’s Main Doors.

Toshiba Plaza provides two acres of entertainment activation space. With three stages including the Mezzanine Stage attached to T-Mobile Arena, Toshiba Plaza is perfect for fan fests, sponsorship activations, outdoor concerts and TV broadcasts. Measuring 175 feet wide and 45 feet high, the LED media mesh on the side of T-Mobile Arena not only provides advertising space but also an opportunity to show sporting events, movies and premiers. Toshiba Plaza connects to The Park, NY-NY and Park MGM, which provides guests with opportunities for dining and entertainment pre- and post- event.

For parents who prefer private feeding locations for their babies they may use the UMC Lactation Suites at T-Mobile Arena. Each Suite is powered with interior dual plug outlets, interior lighting, a USB port, seating and some additional supplies. Lactation Suites are located near sections 13 on the main concourse and 216 on the upper concourse. For access to the UMC Lactation Suites or questions, please visit the Guest Services desks.  

Guests, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the arena. T-Mobile Arena does not provide weapon lockers and will not check in weapons at Guest Services. Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, etc. Guests found in possession of the above-mentioned items will be asked to remove the item from the arena or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from the arena and may be subject to arrest.

A preferred partner of T-Mobile Arena. 

T-Mobile Arena utilizes mobile delivery of tickets. Will Call services may be available for select events. Tickets arranged for Will Call may only be picked up by the account holder whose name is on the account. A current, valid government-issued ID and credit card used to purchase tickets are required for pick-up.

• Lost or Stolen Tickets: If tickets are lost or stolen, tickets can be reprinted under the following guidelines: Original purchaser must show a valid photo ID and credit card used to purchase at the venue box office and pay reprint fee. No reprints can be made on cash purchases.
