Guest Services Centers
T-Mobile Arena has two Guest Services Centers to assist guests during events: the main Guest Services Center is located on the Main Concourse near Section 13, and the second Guest Services Center is on the Upper Concourse near Section 216.
These centers provide support for event information, questions, concerns, or issues, and they also assist guests with disabilities regarding accessibility and accommodations. Guests requiring special assistance or accommodations are encouraged to contact Guest Services in advance at guestservices@tmobilearena.com or 702-692-1515 to help us ensure all needs are met during the event.
Accessible/Disabled Tickets
Accessible seating is available throughout T-Mobile Arena—on all levels, at comparable prices, and with similar viewing angles. Tickets for accessible seating can be purchased at www.axs.com, by calling 888.929.7849, or by visiting www.tmobilearena.com.
When purchasing tickets, please indicate your need for accessible seating so we can best accommodate you. If you currently hold non-accessible seats and require accessible seating, contact us as early as possible before the event to make arrangements.
If you have accessible seating but do not require its features, please reach out to the Arena Box Office to exchange your tickets for non-accessible seating, subject to availability.
Assistive Listening System
T-Mobile Arena features a state-of-the-art Assistive Listening System (ALS) to enhance the experience for guests with hearing impairments. Complimentary headsets and receivers are available at the Guest Service Center located on the Main Concourse near Section 13. A valid driver’s license, credit card, or another form of identification is required as a deposit.
ATM's
Accessible ATM's are located at five locations at T-Mobile Arena. Three inside the building (two are located on the Main Concourse by Section 13 near the Main Guest Service Center and in Section 7 near Ghost Lounge). There is one located on the Upper Concourse, near Section 216 and ABSOLUT Vegas Lounge. Two additional ATMs are located on the exterior of the venue next to our Box Office.
Auxiliary Aids and Services
Guests who require auxiliary aids or services during their visit to T-Mobile Arena are encouraged to contact Guest Services in advance by emailing guestservices@tmobilearena.com or calling 702-692-1515. Reaching out ahead of time helps us ensure the best possible experience during your visit.
Braille Signage
Braille signage is available for all required signage at T-Mobile Arena.
Captioning Services
T-Mobile Arena provides captioning services for all sporting events, accessible directly through guests’ smartphone devices. For concerts, captioning services can be arranged by contacting Guest Services at guestservices@tmobilearena.com or 702-692-1515. To help us accommodate your needs, please submit your request as early as possible before the event.
Concession Stands
All concession stands and bars at T-Mobile Arena are fully accessible to guests with disabilities. If you need assistance at any food or beverage location, please don’t hesitate to ask a nearby staff member for help.
Elevators
Elevators for guests with disabilities are located on the event level on both the east and west sides of T-Mobile Arena. These elevators provide access to all levels of the venue. If you need directions or assistance, please ask the nearest staff member.
Emergencies
T-Mobile Arena staff are thoroughly trained in emergency preparedness. Guests with disabilities who may require special assistance during an emergency are encouraged to contact Guest Services before or during the event. In the event of an emergency, all guests should follow the instructions of uniformed Security or Guest Services personnel.
Escalators
Escalators are available on the east and west sides of T-Mobile Arena, connecting the event level to the Main and Upper Concourses. For safety reasons, wheelchairs, scooters, strollers, and other wheeled devices are not permitted on the escalators. Guests using these devices should use the elevators to travel between levels.
Guest Services Escorts
T-Mobile Arena does not provide wheelchair rentals. Guests who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices should purchase accessible seating in advance via www.axs.com, by calling 888-929-7849, or through www.tmobilearena.com.
Wheelchair escorts may be available at arena entry, subject to availability for each event. Please note that escorts cannot assist with transferring guests to or from wheelchairs, store mobility devices, or operate personal mobility devices.
Interpreting Services
Guests requesting interpreting services for T-Mobile Arena events are encouraged to contact Guest Services well in advance of the event. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements to provide the requested services. Guest Services can be reached at guestservices@tmobilearena.com or 702-692-1515.
Parking and Drop-Off
Accessible parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis in all T-Mobile Arena-affiliated lots. ADA drop-off and pick-up is located at the East Suite Entrance. Guests should enter from Tropicana Avenue via the New York-New York parking garage.
Reasonable Modifications
Guests requesting reasonable modifications to T-Mobile Arena’s policies, practices, or procedures are encouraged to contact Guest Services well in advance of their visit. Reach us at guestservices@tmobilearena.com or 702-692-1515 to help ensure your needs are accommodated.
Restrooms
All public restrooms at T-Mobile Arena are accessible to guests with disabilities. In addition, accessible family restrooms are available on every level of the arena.
Sensory Kits
In partnership with KultureCity, T-Mobile Arena strives to create an inclusive experience for guests with sensory needs, including those with Autism, PTSD, Parkinson’s, OCD, ADHD, and similar conditions. To support these guests, Sensory Kits are available, containing:
- Noise-canceling headphones
- Fidget tools
- Identification tags to alert staff that the guest has a sensory need
- Feeling thermometer cards
Sensory Kits can be checked out at Guest Services near Section 13 and Section 214.
Sensory Pods
T-Mobile Arena, in partnership with the nonprofit KultureCity, offers two Sensory Pods—spaces designed by medical professionals to provide a quiet, secure environment for guests who may benefit from a calmer setting. Each pod features Yogibo bean bags, Nanoleaf visual light panels, activity panels, and bubble walls.
The Sensory Pods are located on the Main Concourse near Section 13 and the Upper Concourse near Section 216, and are available for use during all events at T-Mobile Arena.
Service Animals
While pets and other animals are not permitted in T-Mobile Arena, service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are welcome in all public areas of the arena. Service animals must remain on a leash at all times unless performing a task essential to their handler’s disability.

Conversely, if you have accessible seating but do not need the accessibility features, contact the Arena Box Office to exchange your tickets for non-accessible seats, subject to availability.
UMC Lactation Suites
Parents seeking private spaces for feeding their babies can use the UMC Lactation Suites at T-Mobile Arena. Each suite is equipped with dual interior power outlets, interior lighting, a USB port, seating, and select additional supplies.
The Lactation Suites are located near Section 13 (ADA Suite) on the Main Concourse and Section 216 on the Upper Concourse. For access or questions, please visit a Guest Services desk.
Wheelchair & Companion Seating
Accessible seating is available throughout T-Mobile Arena on all levels, offering comparable prices and sightlines. Please note that venue personnel may take legal action against anyone who fraudulently obtains accessible seating tickets. Arena staff cannot physically lift or assist guests with transferring between wheelchairs and arena seats.
