Account Deletion Process
T-Mobile Arena App Account Deletion Process
- Open the T-Mobile Arena app.
- Click on More Menu.
- Navigate to Settings.
- Ensure you are logged in in the app.
- Select Delete Account Details.
- Review the information provided about deleting your account.
- Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
- Follow any additional on-screen prompts to complete the account deletion process.
- Once completed, you will receive a confirmation that your account has been deleted.
Note: In the event the user can no longer access their account, please send an email to marketing@tmobilearena.com to request the account deletion. User should receive confirmation from the same email that their account is deleted.
